i’ve never understood why people get SO worked up over me having a lot of tattoos [just as much as they spazz about me drawing nude people]…

tattoos, at least to me- and i will argue this forever, is a form of art & expression; just as shaving your head, getting your lip pierced, or wearing vintage thrift clothing. it just involves a lot more art, and is the most permanent expression to be.

i do have a lot of tattoos, a good portion that i’ve done myself. and i find nothing wrong with it. that whole “women should NOT have a bunch of tattoos”— please -__- they initially started as cultural tattoos, and some people still get them for those reasons. and women wore them then, beautifully. but to say a woman having several tattoos is manish or whatever, is… well- bullshit. if that’s the case, i would be chanting against a lot of things myself.

but everyone is entitled to express themselves as they please, however they please [so as long as they aren’t impeding on someone elses happiness]. and i’m sure my culture tattoos, and picasso tattoos aren’t offending anyone- if they are, just… don’t look at them. geez.

tattoos are beautiful, nude people are beautiful, good food and drinks- are beautiful. love life, smile, be happy… you don’t have to get tattoos, or even support them. but as long as they aren’t causing YOU any harm or offense, just let it rock.

i wear my tattoos proudly [most people don’t even know i have as many as i do]. but i love them, especially the ones i’ve done myself. they’re dope, and it’s art. art is love. enjoy it guyssss.. i’m done :)
